1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and bdtkjl ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the bdtkjl website located at bdtkjl.net, including all associated services, products, games, promotional offers, and customer support functions provided therein.

By accessing or using any part of the bdtkjl platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or contacting our support team — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bdtkjl platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms will constitute acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a bdtkjl account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you as an individual.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bdtkjl or any associated platform.
• You are not a current or former employee of bdtkjl, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, in a capacity that may present a conflict of interest.
• The funds you deposit are lawfully yours and have not been obtained through illegal activity.

bdtkjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Accounts that fail age or identity verification will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending resolution.

Parents and guardians are reminded of their legal and moral responsibility to ensure that minors in their household cannot access gambling services. bdtkjl strongly recommends the use of parental control software to prevent underage access to online gambling websites.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered by bdtkjl, including placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for OTP (one-time password) verification.

When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. bdtkjl operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each individual player may hold only one active account on the platform at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, bdtkjl may require you to complete identity verification at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the mobile wallet (e.g., bKash, Nagad) registered to your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. bdtkjl accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any third party.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bdtkjl are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. bdtkjl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time and without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bdtkjl, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Deposits are generally credited to your bdtkjl account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed the required KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must be the same as, or consistent with, the method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team.
• Any active bonus funds must have met their stated wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• bdtkjl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal request, particularly for large-value transactions.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad transactions during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, bdtkjl reserves the right to correct the error at any time, including by recovering funds from your balance where an overpayment has occurred. You are required to notify bdtkjl immediately if you become aware of any such discrepancy.

bdtkjl operates a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. Deposits must be made using funds that are legally owned by the account holder. bdtkjl may refuse to process a transaction, delay a withdrawal, or suspend an account where there is reasonable suspicion of financial irregularity or AML policy breach.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdtkjl offers a variety of bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will take precedence in relation to that offer only.

General rules applicable to all bdtkjl bonuses and promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the stated period.
• bdtkjl reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has begun meeting the wagering requirement, bdtkjl will make a reasonable goodwill adjustment.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or irregular betting patterns — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

Players participating in the bdtkjl VIP Club are subject to additional terms specific to that programme, which are published on the VIP Club page. VIP status and associated benefits are awarded at bdtkjl's sole discretion and may be modified or revoked without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on bdtkjl are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a bet. bdtkjl's settlement of markets will be based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on bdtkjl:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. bdtkjl will not cancel a bet at a player's request except where a clear technical error has occurred on the platform side.
• bdtkjl reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed using odds that were published due to a technical error or that were clearly incorrect (e.g., odds of significantly higher value than the market would ordinarily support).
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds that may change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, provided the bet is successfully confirmed by the system.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are published within the relevant market on the platform and may vary by sport, competition, and market type.
• Casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles, operate using certified RNG (random number generator) mechanics. Game outcomes are independently verified to be fair and unbiased.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, the Player must contact bdtkjl's support team within 30 days of the disputed event. bdtkjl's decision on disputed matters, made following a thorough internal review, will be final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtkjl platform:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit promotional systems.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated advantage play in the sportsbook.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials, unauthorised mobile wallet access, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level controls.
• Engaging in money laundering, including structured deposits designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward bdtkjl's customer support team or other players in any shared platform feature.

bdtkjl employs sophisticated fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor platform activity on an ongoing basis. Players whose behaviour is flagged as suspicious may be subject to enhanced account monitoring, additional verification requirements, or immediate suspension pending investigation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bdtkjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or AML-prohibited activity.
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bdtkjl.
• The account holder has been identified as being under 18 years of age.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via the registered email address. Any funds in the account at the time of suspension will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and held funds released. Where a breach is confirmed, bdtkjl reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with the severity of the breach.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Where closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, bdtkjl will action the request immediately and with no requirement to provide a reason. Where closure is requested for general reasons, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is formally closed.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtkjl platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text content, game assets, software, data structures, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of bdtkjl or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bdtkjl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, download, or distribute any content from the bdtkjl platform for commercial purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software component of the platform.
• Use the bdtkjl brand name, logo, or trade dress in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by bdtkjl.
• Scrape, aggregate, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of bdtkjl's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension as well as civil or criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi and international law.

10 Limitation of Liability

The bdtkjl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, bdtkjl does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtkjl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or data transmission failures.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform or inability to access it.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibition on underage gambling.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption to services caused by events beyond bdtkjl's reasonable control, including power outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, civil unrest, or actions of third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdtkjl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bdtkjl is committed to protecting the personal data of its players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an account on bdtkjl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Delivering customer support and responding to account queries.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
• Complying with anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
• Improving platform performance, game offerings, and user experience through anonymised analytics.

bdtkjl will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your continued use of the bdtkjl platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to request account closure. We will ensure that any funds in your account are returned to you via your registered payment method before the account is closed, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdtkjl with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
